Refund & Return Policy

At Bsnatch, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy allows you to request a return under the conditions below.

Size or Color Exchange

If the size does not fit or the color differs from what you expected, you may request an exchange or return within 4 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All tags and packaging must remain intact.
• A proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Other Valid Returns

For other genuine issues not related to size or color, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the reason is legitimate and does not involve misuse, damage after delivery, or intentional harm to the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for any return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• The request must be made within the allowed return timeframe.
• The product must not show signs of use, washing, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• The return request is made after the specified time limits.
• The product is returned without original packaging or tags.

Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund or exchange.

If approved:

• Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.
• Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.
