You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email along with tracking details.

After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible and our Exchange Policy will apply.

BSnatch reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment is declined or not authorized

In case of cancellation from our side, you will be notified and assisted accordingly.
