Refunds are only applicable if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product
• You receive an incorrect item

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

REFUND REQUESTS:

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

Refunds may take several working days to reflect, depending on your payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
